What is Dagmor?
Dagmor helps call centre teams review completed customer calls and see what happened across a campaign. Drop in recordings and get reports, or use its review screens as well. The Call Log keeps each original file name, recording and transcript together, so a reviewer can read a call and play the audio when needed.
Teams can bring their own script or draft checks from a sample of calls, then have a person review the findings. Agents can see Hero Scores; managers can see conduct, recording coverage and trend reports. For surveys, Dagmor shows customers' actual words between the tick-box answers, so the reason behind a score stays visible. A team that only wants the results can send the recordings and receive the reports without working in the review screens.
The first eligible campaign costs nothing if you stop there. After that, the published price is €0.04 per recorded minute.
