The software connects to a DataForSEO account to fetch live search data, allowing users to pay the provider directly for API usage without platform markups.

The application stores all research locally on the user's computer. This local caching system lets users revisit past work, track exactly how many provider requests were made, and avoid duplicate charges when refreshing reports. An API usage log displays the cost of each request alongside cached result reuse.

Key modules include a Keyword Explorer for evaluating search demand, difficulty, intent, and monetization signals. A Publisher Network Lookup feature identifies related websites by comparing shared advertising and publisher identifiers.
