What is Vellm?

Vellm is a paid web app for turning photos of people and pets into short AI videos. Its template catalog is inspired by trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels. A user chooses a template, reads its instructions, uploads their own photos, and generates a version without writing a prompt for that template.

The template workflow is useful when someone already has a photo and wants a starting point for a short social clip. Before generating, users can review the template's preview and check which photos it needs. They should use images they have permission to upload and follow the instructions for the particular template, since the required inputs can differ between workflows.

Vellm also has a Create studio. The studio supports video remakes, image-to-video, text-to-video, and image generation. It provides another way to work beyond the template catalog when a user wants to start from a video reference, an image, or a written description. These are separate workflows, so the available inputs and credit cost should be checked before starting a generation.

Vellm uses paid credits. Users can choose one-time credit packs or optional monthly plans. The credit cost is shown before generation, and failed generations return credits. Current prices and plan details are published on the website; users can check them before choosing a pack or plan.

Template exports are silent. After downloading a generated clip, the user can add a sound in the social app where they plan to publish it. This makes sound selection a separate step from generating the video.
