What is Wonderhop?

Wonderhop is a free daily word and trivia game played directly in a web browser. It requires no account and shows no advertisements. Every day at midnight Eastern Time, players receive four short games consisting of seven questions each. The same set of questions is available to all users worldwide on that day. Players have thirty seconds to answer each question, except in the Abyss mode where they get forty seconds.

Each daily session includes four distinct modes. In Sky, players must provide the most commonly given answer to earn points and climb higher. In Abyss, the goal is to give the rarest answer to sink deeper. The Past and Future modes require players to submit the oldest or most recent answer respectively, moving their score through time. Real answers are accepted, and percentages show how many other players chose each option.

An optional one-time purchase called Hop Pass costs five dollars and removes daily limits, adds themed question packs, and provides access to a ten-day archive. The game supports ten languages, features retro pixel art, and includes a daily leaderboard with shareable result cards. It was created by an independent developer in Montreal.
