What is ImagesV2?

ImagesV2 is an online generator for GPT Image 2, OpenAI's image model released on April 21, 2026. Type a prompt and get photorealistic images where text stays sharp instead of turning into garbled glyphs. That covers poster headlines, product labels, UI copy, chart annotations, and Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic scripts. GPT Image 2.5, GPT Image 1.5 / 1 and the Nano Banana models are also available behind the same interface. You don't need an OpenAI account, an API key or ChatGPT Plus.

ImagesV2 focuses on output you can actually ship. GPT Image 2 can't output transparency on its own, so ImagesV2 adds an alpha-matting step: choose "Transparent" and you get a true RGBA PNG with soft alpha edges, ready for Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint or a product listing. Choose "SVG" and the image is vectorized into clean, editable paths for icons, logos and flat illustrations. Posters can also be exported as a layered PSD (beta), with the subject cut out and the text in separate layers.
