What is EpoxyCalculators.com?
EpoxyCalculators.com is a free, instant engineering calculator built for US woodworkers, river table makers, bar top builders, and garage floor DIYers. Enter dimensions in inches and it returns the exact pour in US gallons, quarts, fluid ounces, and milliliters, plus Part A and Part B weights in grams for a digital scale.
Rectangular and round molds are covered, along with a 5-point irregular river channel and an optional 10% live-edge bevel for bark cavities under the slabs. Countertop mode splits a thin seal coat (about 3.5 oz per sq ft) from the flood coat so you do not mix them as one pour. Mix ratios are 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 by volume, using specific gravity of about 1.15 for resin and about 0.97 for hardener, with a note that resin is heavier so a 1:1 volume mix is not 1:1 by grams. Edge drip and cup waste can be set from 0% to 15%.
Garage mode takes floor area, base-coat mils (8, 12, 16, or 20), vinyl flake broadcast (light, medium, or full rejection), a 100% solids kit price per gallon, and a local contractor rate so you can compare a DIY budget with hiring it out. One-click presets include a 60 by 30 inch dining flood, a 72 inch walnut river table, an 84 by 42 inch kitchen island, a 36 inch round cafe table, and 1-car, 2-car, and 3-car garages. A live top-down blueprint and a copyable mix sheet are included. No signup, no account, and nothing is stored on a server. Always check the ratio and specific gravity on your own resin bottle before you pour.
