Malachite HR System

What is Malachite HR System?

Malachite is a cloud-based human resources management system designed specifically for businesses in Saudi Arabia. It centralizes payroll processing, attendance tracking, employee self-service, recruitment, and workforce planning into a single platform. The system automates routine administrative tasks and reduces manual errors through integrated workflows.

The platform connects directly with major Saudi government services, including Mudad, Muqeem, and the General Organization for Social Insurance. This integration allows users to generate payroll runs, submit transfers, and upload wage protection files with a single click. All data is hosted on secure servers located within Saudi Arabia.

Malachite offers a free trial for new organizations. After signing up, account activation and employee data upload typically take a few business days, depending on data readiness. The company provides local customer support in Arabic and English to assist with setup and daily operations.
