What is 3 & Done?

3 & Done is a web-based tool that helps users identify their most important tasks. Users can type or speak their thoughts into the app without creating an account. The interface accepts messy lists and processes them in about thirty seconds.

Once the input is complete, the application selects exactly three items and explains why each one matters. Users can also request just one task, two tasks, or up to four tasks before the selection happens. The results are delivered directly through the browser or sent via email.

All typed data remains stored locally in the browser session until the user signs up. Voice input is processed entirely within the browser and is never transmitted to external servers. The service offers a sample day view to demonstrate how the ranking works.
