Unfenced searches real estate listings to find private land that directly touches public forests, game lands, and wilderness areas. It checks property boundaries against official USGS PAD-US maps rather than relying on agent descriptions.

The platform currently measures over 13,000 properties from nearly 700,000 active listings across 49 U.S. regions. Each result shows the exact foot of shared boundary between the private parcel and public land. Users can browse results by state or explore them on an interactive map.

Data comes from USGS The National Map and Realie parcel records, updated roughly once a week. The site is built by Other Waters Studio and explicitly states it is an analysis tool, not a survey service or traditional real estate listing platform.
